Antioxidant-rich fruit and veg

To get the maximum antioxidant benefit from fruits and veg, try to include as many different colours as possible, as every colour signifies unique antioxidant content.

Red: Tomato, tomato products, guava, watermelon. Lycopene: reduces risk of prostate cancer.

Sweet potatoes - Antioxidant rainbow - Women's Health & Fitness

Orange: Carrot, mango, sweet potato, pumpkin. Beta-carotene: boosts immune system.

Lemon & grapefruit - Antioxidants - Women's Health & Fitness
